Added a full season-by-season runtime breakdown for Sex Education — all four Netflix seasons and 32 episodes (~29 hours total).
Custom accent color for Pro profiles
Pro members can set their own accent color with a HEX code in Profile settings. Custom colors update buttons, links, highlights, and your avatar background across the site — alongside the existing preset palette.
Vin Diesel actor filmography page
New Vin Diesel runtime page covering Fast & Furious, xXx, Riddick, Guardians of the Galaxy, Bloodshot, and a where-to-watch guide.

Pro watchlist planner features
Pro members can save streaming services, filter their queue by platform, get watch tonight picks that fit their hours, save named watch plans with calendar export, use multiple lists, track TV series (Pro), and view a year-in-review stats page. Free users see upgrade teasers on the watchlist.
Pro JustWatch where-to-watch panel
Pro members see a JustWatch-powered where-to-watch panel in the movie details popup — provider logos, subscription/rent/buy labels, and direct links for their profile watch country. Partner offers cover India, Ireland, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the United States; other profile countries show TMDB provider names with JustWatch attribution.
2026-08-24
Jason Statham actor filmography page
New Jason Statham runtime page covering The Transporter, Crank, The Expendables, Fast & Furious, The Beekeeper, and a where-to-watch guide.
Movie details now include cast
Click a film to see billed cast in the details popup. Names that already have actor or director pages on the site — such as Leonardo DiCaprio or Christopher Nolan — link through to those filmographies.
Movie details overlay covers the full screen
Opening a film from New Releases or Trending no longer keeps the dimmed overlay inside that row. The popup now covers the whole page.
Christopher Nolan filmography includes The Odyssey
The Odyssey (2026) is now on Christopher Nolan’s director page, bringing the listed theatrical features to 13 and about 30 hours of watch time.

A queue you can finish, then share
The site now leads with one job: see how many films fit your hours, save them to a watchlist you can actually finish, and share that queue. After you calculate, the homepage asks you to add a few films and shows how long the list will take.

Performance and caching improvements
TMDB and streaming data fetches are cached more efficiently on Vercel — with tagged cache entries, request deduplication on franchise and guide film tables, and server functions placed in the US East region close to TMDB. Calculator shuffle recommendations are no longer CDN-cached, so each refresh returns a new random set instead of repeating the same picks for 24 hours.

Movie details popup on SEO film tables
Click a film title or streaming cell on franchise, filmography, TV series, and guide tables to open the same movie details popup used on Browse — including where-to-watch availability. Hover country tooltips on table streaming cells are replaced by this click-to-open popup.
2026-07-24
Pro streaming provider deeplinks
Pro members can click a streaming service name on watchlist cards and movie detail modals (including from SEO film tables) to open that title on Netflix, Disney+, Max, and other providers in a new tab. Powered by JustWatch partner data with attribution on Pro streaming surfaces.

Movies catalogue and My Watchlist
Browse popular films with runtime, genre, year, and platform filters on /movies. Save titles to a personal watchlist stored on your device — track queue totals, mark films watched, and estimate days to finish your queue.
Actor and director profile headers
Actor and director detail pages now show a TMDB portrait beside the page title, with age, birthplace, citizenship, and notable awards listed below the description. Profile data is merged from TMDB and curated metadata for all 40 filmography pages.
Film poster carousel moved on actor and director pages
On actor and director pages, the auto-scrolling film poster carousel now sits below the total runtime stat cards and above the film table — keeping the profile header and quick-answer summary at the top.
Movie detail popup on guide pages
Click any recommended movie poster in SEO guide pages to open the same detail popup as the homepage calculator — poster, director, rating, year, runtime, genres, and where-to-watch with streaming countries inline.
July 16, 2026
Movie detail popup on the homepage calculator
Click any recommended movie poster under “What to watch next” to open a detail popup. The layout shows the poster on the left and movie info on the right: title, director (from TMDB credits), rating, year, runtime, genres, and a full where-to-watch list with streaming countries shown inline. The calculator form also has a green accent border.
Film poster carousels on guide pages
Franchise, actor, director, TV series, watch-order, and streaming guide pages now show an auto-scrolling poster carousel above the page title. The carousel spans full viewport width on desktop and falls back to horizontal scroll when reduced motion is preferred.

Dedicated TV Series section
TV shows now live at /tv-series with their own index page — separate from movie franchises. Added Game of Thrones (~72 hours) and Breaking Bad (~62 hours), plus where-to-watch guides for top HBO and streaming shows. Old /franchises URLs redirect automatically.
Four prestige TV series added
Added season-by-season watch time for Twin Peaks (~45 hours), The Sopranos (~78 hours), Severance (~16 hours), and Euphoria (~26 hours). Each series has a runtime page and a marathon binge guide.
July 3, 2026
Sortable franchise, actor, and director lists
The Franchises, Actors, and Directors index pages now have sortable columns. Click a column header to sort by name (A–Z or Z–A), film/season count, or total runtime (longest or shortest first). The active sort shows an arrow next to the column title.
TV series runtimes and marathon guides
Added season-by-season watch time for three long-running shows: The Walking Dead (~127 hours), Sex and the City (~49 hours including both films), and The Middle (~79 hours). Each series has a runtime page plus a marathon binge guide.
10 new actor filmography pages
New watch-time guides for Keanu Reeves, Harrison Ford, Johnny Depp, Hugh Jackman, Chris Hemsworth, Ryan Reynolds, Matt Damon, Dwayne Johnson, Scarlett Johansson, and Arnold Schwarzenegger — each with a full film list, runtime totals, and links to related franchises like Matrix, Star Wars, MCU, and Terminator.
Search and discovery improvements
Updated page titles, descriptions, and quick-answer summaries across franchise and filmography pages so they better match common search queries. Added cross-links between related franchises, actors, and marathon guides. Site content now targets a US audience (en-US) with US streaming availability where shown.
June 24, 2026
Streaming availability
Franchise, director, and actor film tables now show where each movie is available to stream. Homepage recommendation cards include the same info below the year and runtime. Hover a platform name to see which countries list that title. Data comes from TMDB and JustWatch.
